Info Line Services

Info Line is a free, comprehensive and confidential information and referral service available to connect people 24hrs every day to health and human services in Lane County. Phone and walk in assistance is available. Often people don't know what type of help they need - they are able to describe what is happening to them, but don't know how to find services that can help.

Info Line I&R specialists help a caller clarify what they need and then find the best way to get help. Additionally Info Line specialists are trained to determine whether a caller may be eligible for other programs and get them to crisis services when needed. Most people can solve their problems and improve their lives when they have the appropriate information!
